on Implementing GFSI Standards

HOUSTON , Oct. 22, 2008 – DNV along with training organization Advancing Food Safety (AFS) and ASI Food Safety Consultants today announce an upcoming series of regional workshops providing comprehensive guidance on implementing GFSI food safety standards.

Attendees will learn from companies who have gone through the audit processes of the various standards, and gain insights from a panel of food safety and standards experts, including Mr. Stephan Tromp, HDE, IFS General Manager; Kevin Swoffer, Director of KPS Resources; and representatives from BRC and SQF.
