Introduction to Advancing Food Safety

Advancing Food Safety (AFS) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and registered with VETAB to provide national competencies from the Food Processing Training Package. AFS was established over 16 years ago and in that time have built the reputation as leaders in Food Safety and HACCP training for the Food Industry. Our knowledge and experience is comprehensive in all aspects of the Agri-food sector, with a combined experience of over 100 years. We provide food safety training to clients across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific.

New Training Courses

Advancing Food Safety have released two new courses:

• BRC Upgrade to Issue 5 - half day course that covers the changes in the BRC Standard from Issue 4 to Issue 5.
• SQF Update - a one day course ideal for businesses that are certificed to SQF2000, who need to know and understnad the requirements of version 6, due for release 1 August 2008.
